How AI Couple collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects account, image, generation, device, and analytics data

This Privacy Policy explains how AI Couple ("AI Couple", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use aicouple.org and its AI couple photo generation services.

We do not use uploaded portraits to create advertising audiences based on sensitive personal characteristics.
Uploaded images are sent to our storage and AI processing providers so that we can complete your request. Input image URLs and completed result URLs may be stored with the generation record. Completed results may remain available in account history.
Generation results are public by default and may be displayed in public product galleries or promotional areas. Original uploaded portraits are not displayed in the public gallery. Eligible paid members can turn off Public visibility before submitting a generation; that result will remain private in account history. If a paid entitlement later expires, results already created as private remain private, while new generations return to the default public setting. Do not upload an image unless you have permission from every identifiable person shown in it.
You can request removal of a public result by contacting support. Removing a result from a public gallery does not change retention needed for account history, security, disputes, or legal obligations.
We retain account, generation, and image data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, protect the platform, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We do not promise immediate deletion after processing. You may request deletion by contacting support, and you may use the account deletion control where available. Our processors may apply their own documented retention periods.
We share only the information reasonably needed for providers to perform services on our behalf. Provider categories include:

When configured and only after optional analytics consent, we may use Google-provided site analytics to understand website usage. Google may receive device information, page activity, IP-derived information, cookies, and similar identifiers.
If AI Couple is approved for Google AdSense, Google and its advertising partners may place or read cookies on your browser, use web beacons, collect IP addresses or other identifiers, and process information to serve, measure, personalize, or limit advertising. Advertising behavior will depend on your consent choices and applicable law.

Configured analytics and attribution services may measure visits, referrals, device categories, page performance, and product usage after consent. These optional services remain disabled until you select Accept analytics in our cookie controls.
You can select Necessary only to reject optional analytics. You can reopen Cookie settings in the site footer and change your choice. Necessary storage used for authentication, security, language, and user-requested preferences remains active. See our Cookie Policy for additional details.
For users in the EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other jurisdictions that require consent, advertising and non-essential analytics technologies must not be activated before the required consent is obtained.

Product examples may include AI-generated or AI-transformed imagery. Rights in third-party source material remain subject to the original license and any required attribution. AI Couple does not grant users permission to reuse third-party source material merely because it appears on the website.
We may update this Privacy Policy when our service, providers, or legal obligations change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
