The terms governing AI Couple accounts, AI-generated images, credits, user content, public visibility, payments, refunds, acceptable use, data retention, and service limitations

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of aicouple.org and the AI Couple image generation service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate account information and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.
AI Couple is provided "as is" and "as available." Generation time and output quality vary by model, queue, scene complexity, and third-party provider availability. We do not guarantee a fixed processing time, specific output, or uninterrupted service.
Image generation uses credits. Current credit costs, welcome credits, plan allowances, expiration periods, and prices are displayed in the product before purchase or generation. We may change future pricing or allowances, but changes do not retroactively alter completed transactions.
You retain rights you hold in images and prompts you submit. You grant AI Couple and its processors a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, transform, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the requested service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.
You confirm that you have permission from every identifiable person shown in an uploaded image and that your upload does not infringe privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
Generation results are public by default. By submitting a generation with Public visibility enabled, you authorize AI Couple to display the generated result in public product galleries and promotional areas until you request removal or the content is removed. Original uploaded portraits are not displayed in the public gallery. Eligible paid members can turn off Public visibility before submitting; results created with that option remain private even if the paid entitlement later expires.
Uploaded images are processed by third-party AI and infrastructure providers. Input URLs, generation records, and completed outputs may be stored with your account so that the service can complete requests, prevent duplicate processing, provide history, handle support, and protect against abuse.
We do not promise that uploaded files are deleted immediately after processing. Retention follows our Privacy Policy, operational requirements, and processor policies. You can request deletion by emailing support@aicouple.org or use the account deletion control where available.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the service.
AI Couple uses third-party AI processing and infrastructure providers. Providers and models may change. AI Couple is independent and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with those providers unless we explicitly state otherwise.
AI-generated images may contain inaccurate faces, hands, text, clothing, backgrounds, or other artifacts. Review every result before publishing or relying on it. The service is a creative tool and does not guarantee that a generated image represents a real event.
Product examples may include AI-generated, self-owned, licensed, or AI-transformed source material. Third-party source material remains subject to its original license, attribution requirements, and usage restrictions. AI Couple does not transfer those third-party rights to you. Do not reuse an example image unless its accompanying source and license information allows that use.
Payments are processed by the provider shown during checkout. Subscriptions renew according to the interval and amount disclosed at checkout until canceled. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.
The AI Couple website, brand, software, original text, interface, and other materials owned by AI Couple are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant a license to copy or redistribute the service itself.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Couple is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes may be communicated through the website or account contact information.
