At AI Couple, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with our AI couple photo generator services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on our credit packages and subscription plans.

Subscription Plans

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to your plan features until the end of your current billing period
  • No prorated refunds will be issued for partial billing periods
  • Your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan after the billing period ends

Refund Eligibility

  • Within 7 days of initial purchase: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment
  • After 7 days: Refunds are generally not available, but we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis

Credit Packages

Unused one-time credit packages are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. A credit package is no longer unused once any credit from that package has been consumed. Partially used packages and expired credits are not refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
